This notice explains the information used by the Frost Asia storefront and welcome-offer signup.

Information you choose to share

The VIP signup asks for your email address and your permission to receive Frost Asia marketing emails. You can optionally provide a phone number and separately request SMS offers. A phone number is not required to receive the email offer or to purchase.

Email confirmation and your choices

After requesting the welcome offer, you receive a confirmation email. Marketing subscription and welcome-offer eligibility are activated after you confirm your email. Our marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing; it does not cancel an order or essential order messages.

How the storefront uses your information

Shopify stores customer and order information and the signup preference record, including the request source, time and confirmation status. Supporting storefront services run on Vercel. Resend delivers welcome and confirmation emails. These service providers process information needed to operate their respective services.

An optional phone number and the separate SMS preference are recorded privately with the signup. Providing a number does not change a Shopify customer account phone number or start sending SMS messages.

Browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage and cookies to remember your cart, chosen region, saved jewelry and whether you have dismissed or completed the welcome popup. You can remove this information through your browser settings. Removing storage can reset those preferences.

Orders and payments

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Order and payment information is collected by Shopify and the payment provider as needed to complete your purchase. This storefront does not collect your full card details.

Order fulfillment

We send the order items and delivery details needed to fulfill your purchase to our supplier in China. The supplier and delivery carriers use these details to prepare and deliver your parcel. We do not send your payment-card details to our supplier.
